1. Go to the homepage. Look to the right panel. You will see the word "Register" .
2. Fill out your name (can be fake if you feel un-confortable), e-mail (cannot be fake, needed for confirmation) and your website name (please make this similar or exactly your runescape name). Then click send registration.
3. Once finished go back to the homepage, look to the top right it should say "Welcome, (Your Name)! [|Profile|Account |  (0/0) | Logout" . If not you must re-rigister or login.
4. Look to the left under "Navigation" you will see "Application", click this
5. Fill out the questions and click send, I will receive this and review it.
